We recently purchased a camping trailer and had an absolutely great experience from start to finish. William was fantastic—he took the time to show us the trailer, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Jody handled the financial paperwork and made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which is not something you can always say about financing. After the purchase, Neil did our walkthrough, and he was thorough, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we understood everything before we left and took the time to explain all the details. Overall, the whole team worked seamlessly together, and we couldn’t be happier with both the service and our new trailer. Highly recommend!

And thank you to Rangitsch Bros RV for handling these excellent Oregon-made trailers. My main disappointment was with the unshaven service department individual who led my PDI. I don’t think he understood that I was spending my life savings on an expensive luxury item, and I had never owned an RV, much less pulled one 400 miles across Montana! I was disappointed that he rushed through the trailer pointing at items and saying what they were, but rarely explaining how they were used or what problems I might experience. My fiance and I started looking for a 5th wheel last fall. We went to a few places here and there dealing with pushy salesmen and such. We saw an add on the Rangitsch Brothers RV Facebook page for an Outdoor 5th wheel. When we walked into their office we were greated by William, a hands down 5 star sales associate! We told him exactly what we wanted and once he showed us a few models he backed off giving us a lil space to visit and I appreciated that. He worked SO hard in helping us getting our motorhome traded in and putting this deal together.
