Rapid Lube and Emissions

The epitome of why you need to educate yourself about cars. I've been here lierally dozens times because my boss likes that they're close to our shop and has an account with them. The staff is friendly but they're pushed hard to recommend services you don't actually need to maximize profits. I was told I needed new wiper blades literally 3 days after I installed new blades myself. When I told the technician that they were literally the same Amco blades they were trying to sell me he looked at me like a deer in the headlights of a freight train. I was told my transfer case oil needed to be changed when it was still crystal clear. You stop by for an oil change and they'll tell you that your transfer case, rear end, and transmission fluids all need to be replaced as well. You can tell the

They were friendly. And that’s why I give them 2 stars instead of 1. But my door handle mysteriously broke after leaving the shop. It worked flawlessly before I arrived. As soon as I got into my car, it broke and now won’t open the door. Suggestion is if you go there, do not let them close or open your door from the inside, as they will potentially break your door handle like they did mine
