Jared was amazing throughout the entire service experience! He was incredibly helpful, joyful, and positive from start to finish. He made me feel reassured and was very easy to talk to. Jared also had a great way of lightening the situation so I wouldn’t feel stressed or worried. I’m truly grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive experience.

These guys were awesome, super easy going and have your best interest in mind. They came and got my car through my insurance and I'm so happy it was them cause i discovered a great company. If you need a tow you should most definitely call these guys!! I usually don't care to even leave reviews but they left such a great impression and were so amazing to work with. S/o to TJ & Jarod!

I want to give a huge thank‑you to Johnathan for his amazing roadside assistance. I was stuck at a gas station with a flat tire and feeling worried, but he arrived promptly, introduced himself, and walked me through everything he was doing. He handled the tire change carefully, double‑checked that the spare was safe, and even made sure I knew how far I could drive on it. Johnathan’s friendly attitude, clear communication, and respect for my safety really stood out. This was truly outstanding service, and he deserves recognition.

Our driver came to this service based on Google Maps showing the location as open 24/7. He arrived on site and did not request any service call. The technician was already on duty that day. The driver personally found and showed the blown fuse. The technician only checked a relay (which was fine) and provided one fuse. The entire process took about 15–20 minutes. Despite this, our company was charged $250. This is completely unreasonable and outside any fair business practice for such minimal work. The technician claimed he “could have been home with his family instead of coming out,” which was not true, since he was already the technician on duty at the shop. Because of this dishonest and misleading behavior, we will not use this service again and will not recommend it to anyone.
