SAVED OUR ROADTRIP!! We picked up an RV from a rental company and the engine was making a screeching noise. The rental company pretty much told us to take it into a shop or return it the next day. We were trying to get on the road early the next morning, so neither of those options worked for us. We called Rapid Roadside Truck and Trailer and Sean tried to troubleshoot our problem with us over the phone. He arrived within the hour and went above and beyond to help us out and got us on the road on time! I cannot express our gratitude enough! Thank you, Sean!!!
Got me back on the road quicker than any of these other shops he got to my truck 30 minutes after I called and I was back on the road in like 5 minutes overall great experienced guy.
Sean is a top mechanic he fixed our brake and air line issues on our freightliner. Changed out the pads and calipers on the side of the road. I would recommend him for all your emergency and normal maintenance. Thank you.
