Recently, I ran over a deer and almost totalled out my car. I didn't know where to go and take my car for the repairs until my friend suggested this shop. Best decision I have made in a long time!! Chris is so professional and gracious. He helped me work with the insurance company to get my car fixed. The mechanics are so knowledgeable and professional too. I know where I am going to refer everyone I know to now. Best shop and mechanics around!!

I had hit a deer and was wondering where to bring my truck. On the way to see my doctor- the truck began overheating. To my surprise Ratteries Body Shop was right across the street from my doctor. Chris immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate while I waited. He then contacted my insurance company- called around and found me a rental car and then had his employee Randy drive me to pick it up over an hour away. Can you believe that? Chris is the most honest and friendliest business owner I have met in years. He stood behind his quote and worked diligently to get my truck repaired in one week as promised.
