All the staff are friendly, efficient and reliable! The owner is easy to talk to. He understands what you're talking about. He will take time to check out the problem and write up an approximate estimate for you! He will use products that are mostly 100% lifetime warranty . Once you get the bill, it will be in his files, so if you lose your receipt for your part, he can find it. Great parts!!! Best Auto mechanic, I know! Highly recommend!

Came for an alignment and they identified a minor issue, showed it to me, and then got the parts in quickly and worked me right back in to get the repairs done before an upcoming trip even though they were fully booked. Price was affordable and staff were all friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of my nissan frontier and sliding me into your busy schedule!

The only garage we can honestly say we TRUST in Mountain Grove. Been to several that are very questionable and wouldn't go back. But Schrock's? 100% trust that they'll tell us the truth and fix it right.

I rarely take the time to do any reviews, but Shrock’s deserve another great review. Wendell and his team are incredible. My first experience with them was beyond stellar! I had aftermarket struts, springs and rear shocks installed with an alignment and everything was done to perfection! I am extremely particular about my truck and Wendel took great care and caution when doing this work for me. He even did a few extras with no charge. Wendell and his team are very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done on time and at a great price! Highly recommended and will definitely be back if I need other work done.
