Terrible terrible terrible attitude! The man in charge is the worse! From the time I pulled up he wasn’t welcoming. But was very courteous to the Latina lady who was also there to get her car fixed. I’m so sick of feeling like I don’t get the same nice treatment because I’m black. I needed my fuel pump locked down and I told him it was under my backseat on the left he said no it’s not that it was under my car. I had to assure him that it was exactly where I said it was so I called my sister boyfriend and he told me how to put the backseat down for the mechanic because he didn’t know how so that’s why he was just guessing or being lazy telling me that it was located under the car. So once I find it for him he opens it and tell me it’s gonna be $120!!!!!!! Even I knew that was overpriced! I

I love this shop. I just had my trans rebuilt here, 06 Honda CRV. Excellent job drives like a dream. Also had my catalytic converter replaced here too. Honest, reliable and good at there job . I'm a senior lady, and this place was great. Thank you, forever your customer.

A great business does very good work very honest and wants to try to save as much money as he can while making sure he gives you the best service on the planet Ray is the definition of great customer service my experience here was positive and I would recommend it to anyone

Run for the hills. Charged me $185 And did nothing but reset codes for dtc scan. Which I basically could have done By unplugging the battery. Its too long of a story to get into it. Try the Transmission Shop down the street on Rialto ave and Cactus.. Way better prices and way better Prices and honest people That won't rip you off. Most definitely not a man of his word. Lied to my face. When I call them out on and he tried to give me excuses. I already knew what the problem was with car. He literally did nothing. Plugged in the scan tool/ computer and hit the erase button On the scanning tool. Just for the Check engine light to come back on after. Does the bear minimum Doesn't really want to help you. Only cares about money. It's hard to find honest mechanics nowdays THIS PLACE IS NOT HONE

I have been taking my car to Rays's for a year now. The work is geat, however, I purchased a part and was quoted way over cost just for labor. Don't know if I ever choose to use them again. Sometimes, it's worth to take the drive to get good service and paying less.
