Ray Hick's Soft Touch Carwash

First visit in over 15 yrs. I was hoping for a decent car wash. The service was nice my car was the kind of clean I expect. The Vacuums work very good the property is clean. I felt sort of safe. Over all my ride was CLEANER than any of the last 7 different car washes I had used in 3yrs.

Someone there tried to use my credit card this morning at 1:30 AM... March 7th 2022.... I got an alert from my credit card company that this place try to use my credit card at 1:30 AM.... I used to get my car washed there until I saw the people that dry the towels take the tips and put it in their pocket and not Where the tips are supposed to go.... If they are this honest, Then yes those people will definitely try to use your credit card my bank is not going to lie.... I used to have a membership there but when everything was shut down because of covid, They still kept taking off of my credit card even when everything was shut down and they would not give me a refund fund so I canceled my monthly membership membership and have And started paying out of my pocket.... They were nice but I wish I could post pictures of my 5.99 carwash that looks like crap. I could wash it myself better than that and I'm very upset because I feel like I just wasted 10 minutes of my time and 6 bucks. This is one car wash I will never go to again.

I need to speak to the owner. My card was charged twice at thw automated car wash on Sunday 1/24/16 around 6:45 pm but the car wash never came on. The message the machine gave me was "car wash busy".y card was charged $6.00 twice from the requeated transaction but I never received service. Please get in touch ASAP so this can be fixed. Thank you

For the money best car wash around. Get a full service wash for $10 with people drying off the car at the end. I really liked the attention to the detail. This is my new car wash.
