Ray Sands Glass

Unbelievably positive experience for a front windshield replacement. Great communication. Great quality of work. They were even able to transfer my registration and inspection decals to the new windshield.

I would like to say toyota left me out to dry telling me 3+ months for a window. I did my own research to no end i couldnt find one. The team pulled through and my got me on the road in 2 weeks. I had every company on this. They were prompt called me back immediately as I was very pestering about this. 10/10 will never let safelite touch any of my cars again after this. They actually got all the glass out of my truck and out of the channel. Safelite left my previous trucks windows glass to slosh around in the panel. Hats off to you guys.

Could not recalibrate my eye sight after telling me it did not need it. I get there they tell me it just went to calibration youll have to wait. Hour later and all my warning light are on in car. Broke several retainer snaps and did not replace, also cut the liner on my door frame by windshield. Do not go here if you have eye sight cameras. You will end up somewhere else anyways. 8 months after install and my windshield is leaking. Do not get glass here!!!!!!

I'm giving Ray sands a well deserved positive review. Using them saved me from the hassle and headache of replacing my own windshield, and they did it in a timely and quality matter. Everything was put back together in a factory fashion, and they got the inspection sticker transferred without having "void" getting plastered all over it from the regional l removal which is pretty great. Totally worth it, and Natalie is super great! Thanks!

Everyone at Ray Sands - Canandaigua is so customer satisfaction oriented! They are just spectacular and I can not say enough! My first contact with Natalie was wonderful. She helped when I had been given the wrong appointment (Chili) to get me an appointment the next day. When she checked my insurance and found out it was paid for and I wanted an OEM glass replacement she called to reschedule the appointment for the following day. Her promptness, focus on detail and friendliness is over the top for customer service. My windshield was replaced by RJ and Scott. Again the workmanship was wonderful.
