Raymond's Performance

While traveling on vacation I had an electrical problem with my car that occurred in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After evaluating whether or not I could trust the car to get us home to Plainfield I decided to come home a couple of days early so I could get the car fixed when I returned home. Raymond's was available by telephone for consultation and answered a couple of questions that I had about whether or not it was safe to drive the car back. We made the trip with no further difficulties and Raymond's diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 48 Hours of my return to Plainfield. Thanks again guys for always being there when I need you and solving every problem I have ever had with my Cadillacs.

“Performance” I brought my STI in to get tires mounted, adjust ride height in the rear(coilovers), and get an alignment. They snapped a stud off of one of my wheel spacers, then asked me what I wanted to do about it. I asked them if they could try to hammer in a new stud and they couldn’t. I go to pick the car up and the rear ride height had not been touched, one side is still higher than the other. They tried to charge me an extra $180 for the attempt to fix the broken stud. They were unsuccessful so I was unhappy with this charge. I had to raise hell to get that $180 charge off btw. I did pay $200 for the alignment and tire mounting. So basically they didn’t do what I told them to do. I have to buy a new pair of wheel spacers for $250 and then find a competent shop to do the job again. T

Extremely happy with our experience at Raymond's. They were able to squeeze us in while we were in town for a track day at Putman Road Course. The c8 vette requires adding 2 quarts of dct trans fluid before a track day and my husband forgot to make the service call beforehand. After 10 min, they called us to the back and showed the vette already had the 2 quarts added. They easily could have let the vette sit in the bay for 30 min and said they added it and charged us, but they didn't! We appreciate their expertise and honesty.
