Great guys! I had an emergency in very cold temperatures late at night on the weekend and they came to my aid. Very reasonably priced as well. Very fair! Thanks for getting the window up on my semi truck!!!

expensive. my car sat there for 13 hours tops. i had to pay for a full 48 hours. it sat for 2 hours the first night and 11 hours the next day. i do appreciate the driver for waiting for my mother with me(currently pregnant) and my 2 year old and my 2 younger sisters(12 and 13). but had to pay $100 to the company for him to wait with us while he chain smoked his cigarettes in the truck with us in it. paid a total of $509.01 for the tow truck to drive 5 miles, and for my car to only sit 13 hours. they are only about money. my exhaust was filled with gravel when i got it back.

While traveling on vacation, blew out boat trailer bearing on a Saturday traveling on Hwy 371 to northern Minnesota....It's an old trailer but bearings were within 2 years of being replaced and were greased recently. Called Ray's around 11am and they had boat/trailer picked up on a flatbed and towed to shop within 30 minutes from breaking down on the highway. Unfortunately, getting parts was an issue on a Saturday/Sunday and had to wait until Monday. Ray had everything repaired and ready to roll by 2pm Monday and our vacation snafu was over. Picked it up and had it on the water by 4:30pm that afternoon!!! Can't say enough about these guys as we were 10 hours from home. This Old Man like to take advantage and Rob people of their money. he likes to think the kids the cheapest place in town he's very rude and arrogant. he gave my mother the price of 175 for the work that was done did not explain anything else, we had given him $231 so we thought but that took care of everything because he did not explain anything else. I wouldn't doubt recommend going to this man for anything if it all possible. he doesn't deserve the business as he likes to rob people especially the elderly that are on Social Security and stuff like that.

Well, where do I even start? Had my truck towed to his shop because the truck wouldn't start. He told me it was the starter (which he replaced), but the truck still didn't start. Then he said it was the positive battery cable (which he also replaced), and the truck still didn't start. HE CHARGED ME A LITTLE OVER $1200 for something that did not fix the truck. He said he was going to show me the parts replaced, but when I showed up, the old parts were gone(he also said the battery cable had been thrown away, but i later found it inside the truck and the cable was in really good shape, which means he lied about that too). Then he hooked up his computer that basically told him what the real problem was, which turned out to be a sensor in the transmission, for which he then CHARGED ME ANOTHER
