I called after 5, and got his voicemail, and it said i could text him. So i did that and he quickly responded. I was 3 hours from my house, so he and his team fixed my truck as soon as the tow truck dropped it. He also hooked me up wit a spare tire and rim. They noticed a ball joint that was really messed up, he didnt want me to have any issues, so he found onr in his garage that would work. Sold it to me cheaper than online price and installed it quick. Nothing but great things to say about Ryan and his family. Very nice Louisiana ppl! Needless to say, my wife got to turn around from having to pick me up, saved us a 3 hour ride back, and i made it home that same night. Honestly the best service I've ever gotten, especially me being out of town.

He came through big time with an emergency repair on my truck. I was stressed and stuck, but he responded quickly, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got me back on the road fast. Honest, reliable, and fair pricing—couldn’t have asked for better service in a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Excellent work. I had 3 other mechanics (professionals) work on my truck and another half dozen mildly experienced guys look at it, and none of them were able to correctly diagnose and fix my problem. I dropped over $600 on parts alone and another $500 on labor, minimum, and none of that was necessary in the end, had I called R&D first, I could have saved $1,000. 5 *****
