If you’re going to have your engine decide to retire permanently in the middle of Alabama, I highly recommend doing it within Steve’s service radius. ​I never had "stranded out of state" on my 2026 bingo card, but Steve turned my mechanical tragedy into a delightful roadside chat. I’ve had awkward first dates that were less pleasant than this tow. ​Steve was so kind and professional that for a split second, I actually forgot my car was currently a very expensive paperweight. Honestly, I’ve never had such a friendly experience with a tow service—usually, you just get a grumpy guy and a expensive bill, but Steve brought the hospitality. ​Pros: Steve is a legend, great conversation, arrived faster than my breakdown-induced mid-life crisis. Cons: My car is still broken. Would totally break
