Do Not Easte your time to go this location for any Olvo Service, basically they work on any other equipment than Volvo, they don’t have enough experience Volvo technicians at all, WASTING TIME

Avoid any service here. The techs seemed knowledgeable but amber is the worst to deal with. Parts department is good can't say enough good things about Katrina absolutely the star employee there. Rusty tried to remedy situation with terrible service experience but I only call to get part numbers now will never recommend or use RDO again.

Awful service. They were supposed to clean out the charged air cooler and radiator. They billed us for it but the work wasn't done. And what the heck is this we have to pay our entire bill before they even order parts for our truck or even start the work. I have never heard of such a thing, and then they don't do the work we paid them ahead of time to do.

Cheapest price in town for truck batteries. Worst warranty in town on truck batteries. Pay $5 more a battery and get a one for one exchange if you have a bad one. RDO wants you to pay up front for a warranty battery and wants you to pay a core even if you have the bad battery with you. Then wait weeks to get a refund if it's approved. They are pretty much running some sort of scam with this deal.
