Very honest very respectful place of business. Has worked on a few cars in my family has been nothing but a genuine person. They understand the nature of the business and do not want to take advantage of the customers.

I was told by Red Rock Automotive that they could take on my repair and was even scheduled in. Based on their word, I paid to tow my disabled vehicle there. When the tow truck arrived, the staff suddenly said they couldn’t do the work — directly contradicting what they had confirmed with me just days earlier. This cost me more towing fees and wasted time while I was already dealing with another shop that left my car in pieces. Very unprofessional and misleading.

I had a very nice experience with Dan at Red Rock. I was referred to his location and needed a car inspection. I did not have an appointment but Dan made time on his schedule and took care of me. After I dealt with Ford Service and had the worst set of runaround possible with my car Dan and his crew were not only able to diagnose the problem with my car and fix it relatively fast. He was also amazing and worked with me on pricing and a couple of other things I can’t say enough how nice it is to have a trustworthy mechanic shop to go to and not take advantage of you when things are absolutely the worst or when you’re a woman. Definitely check them out

Great place to bring your vehicle. Dan and his team was able to fit me in with a very short notice. The prices were reasonable and they are very honest. I highly recommend getting your cars serviced with them and they are fast with inspections.
