An excellent car and an excellent buying experience! I have been on the hunt for a specific car for many months, and happened to see exactly what I wanted at Redford auto, coincidentally when I was to be in Ann Arbor from Akron, Ohio for a few days. We spoke with Nick on the phone several times, and despite it being New Year’s Eve, he had the vehicle ready for us to look at, and he and Lisa made the purchasing process extremely smooth, working with us at every turn. Having seen a Carfax online that looked interesting with one owner and no accidents, in Texas, online at Redford Auto Quality, I made an appointment to see the car and was greeted by Lisa and Nick and went to check out the car. The Kia looked well-taken care of, sounded and ran good, the price was fine, and I purchased it the next day.
