I initially called and spoke with Steve at another one of their locations who then referred me to Al at this specific location regarding a decent sized scuff on my bumper. Al was able to get me in and take a look at it right away and give me a quote. As unfortunately it was a bit of out my budget at this time, I appreciated that he was very honest and straightforward and helped me the best he could to get it repaired so it wasn’t so unsightly. It made all the difference and I am very thankful I came across this company. Both men were very kind and helpful and Al is a good honest man. Thank you guys! I will absolutely refer/do business with you in the future.

I had a great experience at Redford Auto Repair with my 2017 Hyundai. Rachad took the time to properly diagnose the car and clearly explained what it needed before doing any work. I was searching for a local mechanic for my BMW, and these guys did a quick and fantastic job diagnosing the issues. The cost was much better than expected. Because of that experience, I decided to have my truck checked out as well. Two other shops quoted me $1,200 and $1,400, claiming I had a broken exhaust manifold. Big Al and his crew found that it was actually just a couple of broken bolts. They not only repaired it, but did so in under an hour—and for only $200. They’ve gained a new, loyal customer. I highly recommend these guys!

I have a 2003 BMW 530i with 188,000 miles. I brought it in to have them replace the expansion tank. I had my own part and coolant for the replacement. I paid $125 for the labor. When the work was completed, the mechanic brought my vehicle to the front of the shop. I immediately noticed that there was coolant steadily leaking out on the ground in front of it. When I mentioned this to him he told me that this was NOT coolant but water and that everything was fine. I know the difference between coolant and water. I knew that this was NOT water leaking out. Unfortunately, I didn't get but a few miles away and had to come back. I tried to fill it with coolant but it immediately leaked out. When I came back the mechanic examined it again and determined that one of the hoses underneath the expans

Great service, great price. Came in for a coolant leak and they took good care of Baby Rocket (The name of my 2016 Buick Encore) This is my first car so I appreciate how they handled everything, I was only coming in for a water pump replacement my belt looked bad and they called me to let me know before they even touched anything. Big Al even checked out my engine light that came on too, luckily it was an easy fix.
