Sarah was wonderful to work with (Sent me a detailed quote before the service!) and Ryan went above and beyond checking additional functions of my car and let me know what maintenance i should pursue next. I have been a customer at Redi Imports as an auto repair shop for over four years since moving to the area. They have always been great to work with! Excellent quality of work, fair price/accurate estimates, and they consider your scheduling needs to get repairs done in a timely manner. They also do a great job of letting you know how important something is to be repaired (including how much time you can wait to have it repaired) and are not trying to upsell you. Easily five out of five stars, and a place I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Tim and Ryan were beyond helpful concise transparent and honest. They called me with updates on work done and time frames as well as future issues and things I would need to look out for, all at a fair price!
