I went to today to get my car washed. I paid $16 for supposedly the best wash with the brushes. I was in the was and when it was done I started to drive out and the air came on but it wasn’t on very long. I had to get out of my vehicle to fix my mirrors and noticed that there was so much soap residue on my car and know it has dried that way. I’m assuming the rinse cycle didn’t do its job properly. To me it wasn’t worth the $16 at all, and it didn’t even give me a receipt. In all these photos the white spots you see are all soap residue on an all black car so you can see how noticeable they are

Have only used the touchless wash. Have been a few times and never had an issue. This time my car was heavily dirty and salted with the snowy weather. Looked really good when I was done, a few spots that the spray can't get but it's to be expected. Overall a really good wash.

Worst car wash in centre county. Bought the top package, couldnt even clean off the soap or little bit of grass that was on the car

I’m so upset!!! My spotless perfect condition SUV had 2 roof top dents each about an inch from the front windshield after I tried the drive through car wash here … Class Action anyone??? This is crazy I can’t believe it ….,, this place needs to be step up and repair damaged caused by your machines!!!!!

I do enjoy going to this car wash but BEWARE I wouldn’t go through the “soft touch” automatic washes..I made the mistake of doing so because I was crunched for time and didn’t want to wait in line and it terribly scratched my trunk and back bumper. If you care about your car don’t use the soft touch!
