Austin was absolutely outstanding. He arrived five minutes early, was extremely professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I was hooking up to my fifth wheel, and he handled everything with confidence and care. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Not only was the service top notch, but their quote came in $40 cheaper than the other towing companies I called. Great price, even better service. Hands down the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Austin for your professionalism and thank you Reds for the honest pricing. I won’t be calling another towing company in Missoula after this. Highly recommend.

Lost my only keys for my Rav4 . Received new fob keys from Amazon be cut & programmed at Art& Ray's Locksmith. However, I needed vehicle there to do so. My insurance covered the tow there. AJ was a quick response to my home. Asked how he does tow with AWD. He was patient with me & reassured me he has done this many times pulling out the extra wheels to lift the front of car. Watched in amazement how quickly he got it done & over to locksmith so I could have working keys & a vehicle again after none all weekend. Thx Reds Towing!

I was pretty discouraged when my Jeep stranded me in front of Harbor Freight on my vacation day. I had so much I had planned to get done, and now I wasn't going anywhere. Reds sent out Jake and he was friendly and helpful. He gave me good advice on how to get my Jeep fixed. He just eased my out of the funk I was in and made my day so much better. David Main

After stopping to help a young man who had just accidentally hit a buck on the very busy Hwy 200, on the eve of the Griz-Cat game, I somehow locked myself out of my running vehicle. I called Red's Towing since I had met one of their drivers at my job. Really nice guy! Luckily, for me, he was on-call and arrived where I was located within 15 minutes from when I called dispatch and quickly unlocked my vehicle. I hope anyone else that needs one of their many services gets Jay from Red's. He's the best! Thank You Jay and Red's Towing! I really appreciated the quick response, fast unlock and friendliness of Jay, especially during my moments of stupidity. The driver of the other vehicle was shaken up but not hurt thankfully. The buck was not so lucky...
