Great to work with, went the extra mile to help my husband to get in the rv, he is in a wheelchair and he made a ramp to lift him up with his forklift. Perry delivered and set up the trailer for us in Fort Bragg. His sales gal Manya is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and is low pressure. Not your typical sales person. I originally went next door to their competitor. Big mistake! I went in tentatively looking for a trailer. I was instantly greeted by Manya the sales associate. I told her my wants and needs and she was on it! She showed me several models and I was instantly amazed at the price difference from fellow competition. Her knowledge, expertise and overall demeanor is something you can only hope when buying a large purchase as a layman. She schooled me up on all the ins and outs of the different models she educated me. She made me feel very confident and comfortable about my purchase. What a wonderful place to buy a RV. First Perry helped us sell our Motorhome, then we bought a Flagstaff Microlite which we love. The experience was fabulous no pressure and went very smoothly.
