I have been a customer before Mark took over from the original owners many,many years ago. Year after year, the customer service, quality of service and cost does not disappoint, albeit it's a Euro shop. Took my car in for what I thought was going to be an expensive alternator replacement, but the expertise and knowledge of the mechanic(s) diagnosed and recommended a much less costly repair. I usually don't do reviews, but this place deserves it.

I had my car serviced earlier this year due to an alternator replacement and felt brushed off by the staff. I was told I had over $4000 in other repairs to do and that they couldn’t find the source of my check engine light after the alternator had been replaced. After going through the history of my car repairs myself, and multiple second opinions, I found out that the check engine light was on due to a plastic cover on an engine part that had been broken off while being serviced by reeve smith. The other repairs were unnecessary for a car as old as mine and it has been running fine the past year. Taylor and Alan help me out. I brought in my Volvo Cross country because I had a wobble in my steering wheel when I applied brakes. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem as having warped front rotors. Alan called me after the diagnosis and went over the plan. They were able to replace the front rotors and get my car back on the road the same day. They didn't try to upsell me on some other part replacement or service that I didn't need. I’m someone who will repair pretty much anything on their own car but I was lost on the major issue I was having with my 850 turbo. These guys properly diagnosed the issue, kept me updated with phone calls, and gave me more than a fair price for the work they put in and had it done in a timely manner.
