Clint is a breath of fresh air! As a female, I am used to being talked down to even though I know more than some about vehicles. Clint spoke to me as a person and showed genuine interest in making sure my vehicle was safe. He explained everything and showed me what he found. He got me in quickly and listened openly to my concerns. He’s got a returning customer out of me and I’d highly recommend others give him a try!

If you want something fixed the right way take it to Reider's. Clint has all the latest certifications and trainings for working on modern vehicles. He will also take the time to explain to you what options you have and the pros/cons are of each option. Reider's is also not afraid to work on older and foreign or unusual cars. Clint is also one of the only guys in town that will do A/C work. He is extremely thorough, courteous, and friendly. I've stopped in and he's given me advice and guidance even when I am doing my own repairs.

Normally I don't post anything on the internet however, Reider's Auto Repair deserves to stand out for the incredible experience we had there. My husband and I had a car malfunction on the way to our honeymoon, with being a few hours from home we did not know any mechanics from the area and looked up the closest auto repair center. The reviews about this place do not lie! Clint was absolutely fantastic. He took us in even being on VERY short notice. He walked us through the work he was doing and was very straightforward about what he saw with the vehicle. He explained things in a way that I could understand, not having much knowledge on anything to do with cars. He was very kind and by far the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Clint is fantastic! My daughter who is a single mom, was driving to visit us in Saint Marys. She got a flat tire and left the car parked at his garage on the weekend. First thing Monday morning- Clint returned our phone call. Though she already ordered the tires through Walmart he was still helpful. Before she left town, she saw fluid leaking from the engine. Clint stayed at the shop late waiting for her to bring the car so he could make sure the car was safe. Clint spent about 30 to 45 mins with her going over the car and checking out the new tires and telling her what the leak was from etc.. Bottomline- He was thorough and didn't charge her anything. From this point forward we will be calling him for our car care. Great Guy!

Very thorough, showed alot of experience and walked me through every step of fixing the issue , along with how and why it happened. Even gave me some tips for preventative maintenance. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will not hesitate to take my vehicles back for further maintenance and repair.
