Relentless Collision

I was referred to Relentless Collision in Raleigh by Mercedes-Benz back in November because they are one of the few shops certified for MB and EV repairs. While the service seemed decent during the repair process, the after-service experience has been nothing short of terrible. When I finally received my car back nearly 5 months later, the paintwork was a complete mismatch — 3–4 different shades of white. The manager, Randell, told me this was “normal” due to paint age, plastic vs. metal panels, and sun exposure. As someone who buys many cars (especially in Diamond White Pearl), I know this excuse is simply not true. Shortly after, Randell was let go, so I had to escalate the issue directly to the GM, Rick. Erick Shew at Relentless expertly managed my Tesla Y repairs, providing regular updates and educating me throughout the process. The team did an excellent job with the challenging Tesla pearl white paint and thoroughly detailed the car before returning it. My insurance company, which charged me a premium for driving a Tesla, didn't want to fix it like one, and Relentless supported me through the legal process of hiring independent appraisers.

Erick from Relentless is phenomenal to work with. It’s always painful to be involved in an accident, but Erick was a spot light for us. He is respectful, empathetic and is an excellent liaison with auto insurance. He is attentive and keeps you informed of progress along the way.
