Took my Mercedes here recently and couldn't be happier with the experience. Communication was clear from start to finish, the work was done right, and I never felt rushed or upsold. They went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and explained things in a way that actually made sense. It's hard to find a shop you can trust with a German car, but this is definitely one of them. I'll be back and would recommend them without hesitation.
Very helpful, professional, responsive, and communicated through repair process. Fair and reasonable, got insurance to inspect and pass on work needed. I may not have a new car however I’m now confident it can handle any new miles accumulating in the future.
Car started overheating. The shop got me in same day and out the same day with a great price! They do honest work I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
