IF YOU LIVE IN FAYETTEVILLE OR ARE STATIONED AT FORT BRAG DO NOT COME HERE!! From start to finish this place has been extremely unprofessional !!DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO GET SERVICED. I was one the road when my vehicle unexpectedly stopped on the highway .I’m not from the area so I went off of reviews. I truly think the reviews that they have are family members of the business owner because they have similar last names. I explained to them that I’m not from the area and I got stuck on the side of the road and I needed to get back on the road ASAP to make an important class. They said that they would put my car priority and keep that in mind to try to get Me back on the road as soon as possible. They didn’t update me throughout the process at all. Just came back from (RAS). Head mechanic there is a Straight shooter and brutally honest. I felt something was off about my car so I took it back to the auto body repair shop because I just had it fixed back in March but for some stupid reason on my end I waited until a few days ago to take it back to the repair shop to have them look at it and they said that I must have hit something between march and now and that it looked like some major damage was done to the car. They said the total cost was 4,000 dollars at the bare minimum to fix it. Which I call total (BS) in a way. So I wanted a second opinion. Respectable and professional crew. Every time I called, they showed patience and great customer service. They were willing to work with me through a tough situation and treated me like a human being not just another customer. I really appreciate their honesty and respect.
