Specifically, I am deeply disappointed with the owner's decision to prioritize personal matters over addressing my legitimate complaint regarding a defective tire purchased from your establishment. Earlier today, I purchased a used tire from your establishment, only to discover a significant hole in it shortly after. This necessitated me to inflate the tire on three separate occasions before returning to your establishment.
