I had such a wonderful experience at RF Collision. No one ever "wants" to deal with the inconvenience of a car accident and the ensuing repair work etc. However RF Collision got my truck in quickly and kept me up to date as the repair work took place. Cathy & John were amazing to work with. The truck looked beautiful when it was finished!... Inside and out! I could not believe that they detailed the interior of my truck! What an extra special bonus! I will be referring anyone in need to this business and although I'm hoping not to have another accident, they will be my go-to bodywork shop in the future! THANK YOU!
I had a fantastic experience at this body shop. The staff were all incredibly kind, polite, and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know exactly when parts arrived, when my car was going in for paint, and when it was ready for reassembly. Their transparency and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They completed the work on my truck sooner than expected and even detailed the interior - a service well above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repairs—I will be recommending them over and over again!
RF Collision is amazing and i'm so thankful for them! They updated me along the way, got the repairs done WAY faster than I expected and when I picked it up it was literally spotless. RF collision did a beautiful job putting my 2021 Chevy Malibu back together after a deer hit my driver side. The car looks brand new after they were done. I could not ask for anything more. They did not give me any hassles and they kept me in the loop with updates and the turnaround time was excellent!
10/10. Fast and seamless. Brought in my car to have the front bumper replaced took only a week. Everyone I interacted with was very kind. Communication 10/10
