Rialto Car Wash

Gave this local car wash another shot today. I fully regret my choice. Woke up early to avoid lines, I pulled right to the vacuum, for one of the daughters who is always nice greeted and told me to go inside to pay, I paid cash with what I’m assuming as a mother or grandmother waited outside about 10 minutes and when my car came out - the wheels and front/rear were dry and untouched. Isn’t this a HANDWASH location? They pulled my car around, and I went to inspect closer and swiped my hand across a dirty place and pulled Back black fingers and also touch my rims that were completely dry and still had black brake dust all over them so I went inside and asked the older lady if she could rerun it because half of the car was dry and the wheels haven’t even been touched she was immediately defen

This was my first time visiting the Rialto car wash off of foothill Boulevard in Rialto California.I honestly have to say this is the worst car wash I have ever taken my car to. My car came out worse than when I initially took it in. And to top it off, I was there almost 2 hours. I got the diamond wash, which was third from the basic. They didn’t even wipe the dust from the inside of the car or clean the rims. I will never take my car to Rialto car wash again. I would advise you not to waste your time going there either! I give them a -10 for the review.

Horrible service!! And the owners can only offer a discount for next visit. Like no thank you! I'm taking my business somewhere else. I was so disappointed not only because I paid $40 for the deluxe but I also gave the man a $20 tip. The fact that my car was not vacuumed/ cleaned correctly is ridiculous.

Dude. This place sucks. They did a terrible job and I’m really unhappy. They told me to come back and I came back within an hour, and they are closed. Go somewhere else.

Never go to RIALTO CAR WASH for a full detail!!!! I went last Saturday. I told the lady I wanted to get my car cleaned all the way inside. She said ohh thats a FULL DETAIL. I said whats that include. She said we'll make your car look brand new. She said trust me your car will LOOK 👀 brand new. So i said ok. .My car was there for over 5 hours. I showed up at 5pm. It was already getting dark. The outside looked like they rushed. Streak marks on the windows. Dirty cloths still on my car . The inside is where its worse.. The seats were still dirty. The center console area looked like it never got cleaned. The lady cleaned up some of the dirty areas when I pointed them out.THEY LACK EQUIPMENT TO FULLY CLEAN THE CAR! DIRT MARKS ALL OVER. THEY MISSED LOTS OF SPOTS . I WAS PRETTY UPSET.THE LADY S
