To Ross the owner: I didn't want to write this review but you left me no choice. To all customers: please invest in a 360 degree dash cam and also record your vehicle prior to bringing it here. Careless with cars.. went in for maintenance and my brand-new porsche was scratched. Ross refused to admit it (no matter how he responds to this post, don't believe him) FYI - THEY ALSO PUT TOUCH UP PAINT TO CONCEAL IT Been a client for 3 years. Not sure what happened. This isn't the 1st time they messed up a car of mine. I'm the fool for going back. The only offer I got was to buff it out. I have to now spend $800 - $1,000 of my own money to paint the whole front bumper. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Ross is the man! His team is very knowledgeable and professional. He has saved my Pontiac from the junkyard a few times, he is a car doctor/surgeon ! Over the years I needed AC work, electrical, transmission work, you name it etc, easy or difficult, I am convinced he can fix it all. He will always find time to fit you into the schedule, he is very communicative and gives updates. Not to mention very reasonable with prices! I highly recommend this shop if you need any auto work done!

First off being a solo mechanic in my younger days , I have to say in a world of part changers , Ricbon is not , there expert mechanics, Ross the owner is the best diagnostics expert, he does a great job to ensure your vehicles safety and performance, he does not sell you things you don’t need ! His pricing is fair , this is by all means the best automotive repair I’ve ever encountered! He serves ny finest , and ambulance s that save our lives , I say 10 stars to Ricbon , please go there , it’s a complete auto repair shop with state of the Art equipment, and top mechanics ! Had a great experience here. I came to get my oil changed, engine light checked, and get my emissions inspection done. They helped me determine the cause of the engine light and also were kind enough to tell me it was covered under warranty so I should take my car to the dealership to get it fixed for free. Oil change and emissions inspection was also done without any issues! Had a great experience.
