They have very unprofessional towing service. There was a car blocking my driveway, and I waited over an hour for their driver to arrive and inspect the situation. After looking at the vehicle, the driver left without towing it. When I called the office, they told me the car was “too damaged” to tow and that they dont take damaged cars. It was a registered car! However, I immediately called another towing company, and they arrived within 20 minutes and removed the car in less than 2 minutes without any issue. Based on my experience, this company wasted my time and was unable to handle a situation that another towing company resolved quickly and efficiently.

Excellent towing company and service! Called and asked about some details of what the towing entailed, the dispatcher was very polite and professional. My car was blocked in during the storm, and they had an option for a truck with a winch to get the car out, and dollies for the tires, just in case. Later, when I called to actually ask for the tow, the truck arrived very quickly. The driver was very personable and very professional. They were careful about securing my car, careful about towing it to the destination, and careful about placing it safely in the intended space. The service was very easy for me, and everyone's kind and professional demeanor put me at ease during an especially anxious event of having my car towed. Payment was quick and easy, too.
