Richards Alignments & Brakes

These folks are so kind and professional. Took my 67 Falcon in for alignment after I replaced all the original front steering / suspension parts. Now thanks to Richard's she drives like new again. Can thank them enough!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Don’t waste your time going other places, come straight here I’ve been struggling with the alignment on my Ram 2500, took it to my usual maintenance shop 2 separate times and spend over 14 hours there total trying to figure it out (spent a bunch of money there too trying to solve the issue) Found Richard’s Alignment on Google and after reading reviews went by their shop. Within 1 hour they had figured out the problem and I was back on the road! Can’t recommend them enough. Professional, Efficient, WELL PRICED, and obviously the highest level expertise. Will be back!

Richard’s came highly recommended by several people I trust, and now I see why. When I showed up at 7:20 AM, before they even opened at 8:00, there was already a line at the door. That alone told me I was in the right place. I dropped off my truck, which needed a specialized alignment due to a lift kit. By 10:30 AM, they called to let me know it was ready. When I picked it up, I was blown away, my truck drives straighter and smoother than it did brand new. Outstanding service, fast turnaround, and true professionals. Highly recommend!

I haven’t seen them yet for the alignment but I’ll say this, it’s refreshing to speak to someone on the phone who knows what they’re talking about! I’ve called several big chain locations about an alignment today on my 2012 Tahoe. Every one of them have insisted I need a four wheel alignment, despite there being no adjustments for the rear wheels…because you know, solid rear axle. She was the only one to ask what type of vehicle I have and tell me that I only needed the front wheels aligned. And they’ve beat everyone else’s pricing too! I’ll definitely be seeing them this coming week.

Had some issues with my steering wheel shaking at high speeds. Richard test drove my car and could tell me immediately what it was. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the means to fix it at his shop, but he referred me to someone else, and didn’t even charge me. Would definitely go back again. Seems like a great family owned shop.
