I had two new tires installed yesterday at this shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in right away, the installation didn’t take long at allI and I was able to comfortably wait while they completed the work. My car drives great now, and I can really feel the difference with the new tires. It’s clear they take pride in doing quality work and making sure their customers are taken care of. I’m very impressed and will absolutely be returning for regular maintenance and any future repairs. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable automotive service!

I have never met Eric or any of the staff at SBS but I talked to them on the phone. They were all so helpful. I had my 2015 Prius hybrid towed to them to get a diagnostic done. They did this and found that the failed part was on recall and gave me a contact name & number at Fred Anderson. Then towed the car to Fred Anderson. This made everything so easy. Fred Anderson had the car fixed in 2 days. Thank you SBS. Next time I may actually get to meet you all.
