Twisted Hook Towing

My Audi Q7 has been battling issues since Dec. Twisted hook has been there to get me even in the cold like tonight. John skipped his dinner break because he heard I was waiting in the vehicle in the cold. He was here in 20 min. I have used this company at least 5 times since Dec 3 2025 and I recommend that USAA only send them to get me. Their vehicles are clean and you are able to ride with your vehicle. Great operation they are running. Shout out to Nicole the dispatch at night also.

Very much appreciate Becky at the office and Corey running the truck on a recent flat I had. I got in from a 3am flight only to find I had a flat with no spare on my AWD vehicle and inside of an airport parking garage with only 8 feet of clearance. Corey picked me up at my hotel, got my tire inflated enough to get me on a dolly, and dropped me off at a nearby shop for repair. They made a space shuttle launch into something very manageable when I was running on four hours of sleep and Christmas only a week away. We're lucky to have them here in Charleston.

Twisted Hook Towing really came through for me. My car was stuck on a sloped driveway, and I was honestly stressed about how anyone was going to get it out safely. They showed up calm, prepared, and handled it like it was nothing. No attitude… no pressure… just real professionalism. Twisted Hook Towing is hands down the only tow company me and my family will use. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable! They always show up in a very timely manner and ease the stress of your vehicle breaking down. Twisted Hook Towing provide amazing service to help me replace my tire tonight. They arrived on time and were very efficient. John/JR was our technician and he was super friendly and provided excellent service. He showed us where the issue was with the tire, quickly got the spare tire on, and even offered to put the bad tire in the back of my car. He even offered advice on how to drive on the donut. As far as Im concerned, it's the best service I've ever received from towing company. I would definitely recommend calling this company if you have car problems, and if you get John/JR, you will be in great hands!!!
