Great privately owned automotive service shop w/ a very solid staff. Quality work is very important to me and Richard's Automotive gets it right every time. They even used black sticky weights on a set of new black Honda wheels we dropped off for new tires/balancing. That's the attention to detail 99% of shops don't do. Thanks again!

If I wasn’t a mechanic myself I’d know no different but here we are. Having a shop is nothing when you don’t have a good attitude and workmanship to go with it. I’ve been told not to go to this shop for good reason, however my husband was in a pinch at a crucial time so it’s what was convenient. After knowing what I know now and having our own experience, I would never return and I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Actually do yourself a favor go somewhere else. As much as I wanted to go back down to this shop once my husband got home I didn’t so I decided a review would be best. If a tire repair is the hardest thing a shop owner can do on a Saturday I’m very curious how you’re even in business.
