Richlonn's Tire & Service Center - Racine

I had to purchase 2 tires, due to a mechanical issue that unevenly wore out the front. Sales department was friendly, extremely informative and customer oriented. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere, the speedy service and the frequent updates about my vehicle. They went beyond my expectations insuring that my car was safe, even though repairs had been done some where else. Thank you! I am actually looking forward to my next visit, I know I'll be in good hands. 👍

Regular ck on tires, found several issues that needed to b taken care of (which we knew about before going in). Fixed all & able to get parts next day. Pleased w/service. Take our vehicles here always for routine ckups & especially a good inspection on vehicle if we know we’re going to make long distance travels. Do good job w/all.

I had an excellent first experience here. Ron was friendly and professional throughout my entire visit. I came in originally to replace two tires, but Ron was so honest unlike 3 other tire shops I had been to and let me know that I didn’t need to replace them, and that they just needed to be fixed due to a leak. Ron was able to get me in and out within a reasonable time and prices are affordable. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Ron! (Also, my TPMS sensors were out, and I meant to buy new ones, but Richlonn’s fixed them???!! Without me mentioning it.) Literally couldn’t be any happier with my experience!

Great experience, employees were very kind and tire was fixed in under an hour (during lunch) for less than $40. Bucky is hilarious, made the whole time I was there very pleasant! Will definitely come back here again.

Richlonn's in Racine has always been so responsive to unexpected "uh oh!"s. Which is why I continue to go there for the every day maintenance stuff. Friendly staff who are happy to explain in layman's terms what's the what. 🧡
