Rich's Car Wash - Magnolia, TX

My experience with this car wash has been very disappointing. They initially canceled my membership without any prior notice, simply because I installed a LED bar on the front of my truck. I only found out about the issue when I went to wash the vehicle, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to inform me in advance. After discussing it, they agreed to reactivate the membership, and despite the bad experience, I decided to pay again, trusting it wouldn’t happen again. However, today they canceled my membership once more without a clear explanation, and to make matters worse, they kicked me out of the car wash abruptly! This treatment toward customers is unacceptable, especially considering that I fulfilled all payments and requirements. It’s a total lack of respect and professionalism. I

This place is pretty cool with its light show! We didn’t use the vacuums but enjoyed the wash itself! They had a special going on for a free $20 wash with just a text, so we bit! My truck was dirty abed needed it pretty bad and to be honest, it is still clean! Surprisingly! There was a little soap left on my truck but not a big deal!

So I have not washed my truck in over two years. After removing leaves and sticks, drove it through Rich’s car wash in Magnolia, old girl shines like new!!! Dylan and the crew showed wonderful customer service!

This is what my windows look like after the most expensive wash? ($45) yes it's on the outside. And if you have any panels with this material, the wax coats it with spots and doesn't clean them off, impossible to remove it seems. Glad I paid extra to stain my car forever

Not great. No spray first to wash off the dirt, just lathers with soap so the dirt scratches your car. Also doesn’t do a good job drying and washing. I could still see fingerprints on the car after the wash!
