Rich's Car Wash - Opelika

This location is taking care about their customers! I was very concerned that my vehicle might get some scratches during car wash,because I had been on a gravel road today , and car looked nasty. I shared my conserves employe name Tobin and car wash team took all actions to prevent any damage and brought my car nice and clean. Before and after pictures are attached. Tobin did a great job!

I regret to say that this rich’s car wash in Opelika, behind the Piggly Wiggly, when it first opened it was awesome! They used the proper amount of soap and everything was working, and the 💦 water rinse feature was awesome. but now the soap is lacking, some of the brushes Are not working, and the rinse cycle is very very low pressure. but overall I still enjoy going to this particular one, but I’m looking forward to the new Rich’s car wash that is opening across the street from Walmart in the Ball Fields shopping center. The vacuums at this Rich’s is 99% reliable. sometimes there is a Vacuum that is very very low on its ability to clean your vehicle. But overall the Experience has been good. The staff is top-notch 100% personable and helpful. But I just think that some of the mechanics

So far the best self service car wash place in town. I’ve tried the competition here and throughout the state. Rich’s seems to have a head above the rest to me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Joined the car wash club about a month ago and they keep proving that I made a good decision. I do wish their air fresheners lasted a bit longer, but no big deal. Vacuums have good suction at all the stalls I have tried and I love the air guns to help you blow your car out in those cracks and hard to reach crevices. The rags and glass cleaner cart always has just enough if not perfect stock of materials. Also the car mat washing station works very well.
