Rich's Car Wash - Saraland

I was recommended by a coworker to come to Rich's. Today was my first visit and definitely my last visit. I asked for my vehicle to be detailed inside and out. I was charged $30 for a full detailed, my $30 went down the drain. I'm not pleased at all. I have attached photos to my review.

When confronted that there was dust all over dash, they did not facing cup holders or wipe down the seats, the lazy staff said that was as good as they were able to clean it. Worst clean job I have ever seen.

My 2017 Camry had droplets of tree sap pretty much from bumper to bumper that had solidified into little crusty spots. The interior was also filthy, with plenty of sand, crumbs, and dog hair embedded in the carpets and seats. Patricia took a good look at my vehicle and quoted me an extremely reasonable price for a full detail. Picked up my car after she was finished and was blown away. She was extremely professional and got my car as close to show room condition as possible(I already had a few dents and a small crack in the windshield). All sap removed and the interior was as if I just drove it off the lot.

Very professional, polite and friendly service. Clean establishment and great quality. The trash cans are emptied regularly they are never overflowing. The vacuums are strong and the car wash does an excellent job.

On Thursday evening 4/24, I pulled up at 1920. Only car wash open. Paid over $20 for a deluxe wash. The workers were obviously ready to leave and not concerned with customer service while still on the clock. The young lady rushed me through so quickly, she barely had enough time to fold in only one of my truck mirrors. The other mirror stayed out and was almost damaged. At 1923, I come out and pull over to the vacuums. A young blonde guy comes over to inform me that the vacuums will shortly be turned off so I should hurry. I reply and ask “who is gonna reimburse me for the deluxe wash that I paid for but didn’t receive”. The young lady at the beginning obviously just input a rinse for my truck. There was no soap, no ceramic coating, no tire shine, etc, and the blowers at the end are grossl
