Richter & Son Towing - Atlantic Location

We are so grateful to Richter and Son Towing, Inc. in Atlantic Iowa, for their aid during the time of our accident on East I 80. Not only did they treat our car as if it were their own but in addition gave us so much personal service as well. The young man expressed great words of encouragement while taking us to our hotel and helping us with our luggage. It is so refreshing to know there are folks out there that care. Thank You Richter’s.

Richter Towing always does a great job and is there when you need them. It's not often you can still find a company like this that is family owned with small town values. Great business and family you can trust.

We were traveling from out of state and were involved in a single car rollover accident on I80. Our vehicle was totaled, along with many of our belongings being thrown from the vehicle. We were taken by ambulance so were unable to pick up any of our belongings. Additionally, our pup was tragically killed by oncoming traffic and passed on the side of the road. Richter & Son showed nothing but compassion and kindness for us and our situation. They responded and were able to tow our vehicle, as well as pick up any remaining belongings to bring back with it. They also went above and beyond and picked up our poor pup from the other side of the highway. The gratitude we feel is overwhelming and we are forever grateful for what they did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My Class A motorhome became disabled on I-80. It was after hours but they were able to fix it temporarily so I could drive to their shop. They finished the repair the next morning and I was able to get back to my trip. The price was fair and they were great to work with.

xcellent service! Thank you so much for the quick response and professional help. The team arrived fast, fixed the issue right away, and was very friendly and efficient. Truly appreciate your great service — highly recommended!
