I visited this location after receiving an offer for an oil change, filter replacement, and tire rotation. I was fortunate to have Chris Youngblood as my Service Advisor. Chris conducted himself with exceptional professionalism and made the entire service experience smooth and stress‑free. He genuinely listened to my concerns and addressed them thoughtfully. I also had a hard service code caused by an aftermarket K&N air filter. Chris immediately understood the issue, recognized the steps I had already taken to diagnose and resolve it, and communicated the details clearly to the technician. His knowledge and willingness to listen made a significant difference. Because of the way I was treated and the level of service Chris provided, I will return to this location for future needs.

Great streamlined experience, especially as we were buying an out of state car. Chad Armstrong helped us out throughout, heard out all concerns, and made the overall process very smooth. I'd absolutely recommend the dealership and Chad in particular!

I really liked the Service Agent. Excellent customer service! I didn't like that my appointment required a 3 hour wait upon arriving. I wish that a quick car washing after service would be included. This is my first domestic vehicle since I was about 21 years old (64 yrs old now). I've had mostly Hondas and a basic car wash was always included.

Always very friendly & eager to help. Explains everything about service & waiting time is not unreasonable. They make you feel welcome to be there—I do not dread taking car for services.
