This was an absolute amazing experience. From my oil change crew to the detailing crew and just amazing staff all around. Kristen Kent she is such a doll and a ball of excitement and she welcomed me in and let me know everything up front from prices and fees to how the detailing would work and updated me along the process. And to Adam Jones and crew in detailing, thank you because my babies had my truck looking horrific after our road trip. Great Job crew 🙂

I always have an excellent experience with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in and always make me feel comfortable. Everything is always very organized — from the check-in process to the final paperwork, it's clear they take pride in running a smooth operation. I love how the technicians send in-service videos explaining everything going on with my vehicle. In a world where customer service isn't always standard, this dealership still understands the value in providing a good experience.

I had a GREAT experience for the second time at this dealership. I was helped my Broke who works in the service department representative. She was amazing to say the least! She kept me informed on the entire process. She took the time to research and detail my warranty options concerning my vehicle for an issue other than what my vehicle needed. She booked me an Uber as well so I could get to work also. Everything was class A . Very professional! I bought my vehicle in Chesapeake but I will be taking it to this dealership for my vehicle needs because the customer service she provided was the best!
