Ride Motorsports

Awesome motorcycle shop. Local to me, which makes this a little subjective. Nevertheless, the people at Ride Motorsports are super nice and fantastic to work with. I came in looking for my first bike. Salesman, Jack worked with me to acquire the bike that I wanted. He was patient with me and allowed me time to think things over. I look forward to working with their service team, who I met today. Wonderful shop and wonderful people. Also, thank you to Brent for delivering my bike the day I bought it.

Bought my first bike today, had a great experience no pressure to buy, they gave me space to look and think I definitely would go back to buy another bike down the line.

I absolutely love this place. I own a 2012 KX250F dirt bike, and Ride Motorsports always has the accessories and parts I need even though they are not even a Kawasaki dealership. Every time I have a question, their team is quick to help and always friendly. One time, I found a pair of gloves marked 60% off, even though the sign was an accident — but they still honored the deal without hesitation. That kind of honesty and kindness goes a long way. They’ve also fixed my popped tires quickly and efficiently, saving me a ton of time. Another time, I went in to buy a brake lever, and they originally thought it was out of stock. A few minutes later, as I was still shopping, they found one and made sure to update me right away. Their customer service and attention to detail really stand out. H

Ride saved us during the pandemic. We over-paid but there was no inventory. What we’re left with is a side by side that we’ve had a ton of fun with. And fun for the whole family. But aside from the obvious, with a dump bed, drop down tailgate, it’s our workhorse too. What used take days moving felled trees and the resultant logs now takes hours. We also use it to pull our ride mower through the steep spots. We used to rent a machine. Now we have Can Am 700. It’s been great in all ways. Thanks Ride! To think I was going to buy my son a used ATV for his birthday ;)

Alex and Jeremy at the service department are super helpful. They care about their clients. They are clearly very passionate about the work they do. They are super knowledgeable when it comes to answering all the questions someone has about their bike. If they don’t know the answer they will immediately research until they come up with the right answer. These guys are booked out by a month and even though they are dealing with constant work loads followed with for schedule changes. They will take your call about any and all questions regardless of the work load they are dealing with. 10/10 for both gentlemen. Thank you so much for doing the best possible work that you can do for the motorsports community. You are the sole reason I will always be returning to your shop for all of my motor
