Not to mention the motorcycle had crate damage which service was going to take care of and replace the parts. Quoted $600 for an oil change on a slingshot. I bought the materials for $70 online. I Spoke to polaris it Won't void my warranty if I do it myself. I have a dead Battery its the original from new in april only 8 months old from ridenow hurst (permanently closed) they replaced it when purchased slingshot new in april now no warranty dead battery they want to sell a battery plan for $1k. I would not recommend anyone spend any money at any ridenow location. Ripoff at its best. Spoke to other polaris dealers in the metroplex quotes less than $395 for same services. Mike, Was the one helping me with my purchase he made everything super smooth, he was super nice and welcoming, he helped me make the Deal I needed outstanding guy. Joey in Service is awesome explained everything about the bike in detail along with all services that will need to be done and the packages available, super nice guy

This was my Second purchase at this location. Calen and Ryan hands down went above and beyond to make a deal happen for me, they were fair on my trade and got me outta the door in a custom build in a few hours. I'll definitely do business with these guys in the future.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any business. I checked the value of my bike and was offered $9,000. I rode to the store and was informed that everything looked good. I went home to get the title and I brought the bike back on my trailer. When it time to be paid, I was offered $8000 “because there’s a small scratch on the brake lever” and “there is a small Scratch on the muffler.” By small I mean 1mm on the brake lever and maybe 1/4” on the muffler. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy about it. I took it home and sold it to another dealer the next day for the agreed upon price of $9K.
