My husband recently went for a used tire and a day after getting the tire our car was shaking because they did not balance the tire but also we checked tire pressure and it was back down to 23 psi (very low for a tire that was newly installed). As I was putting air in the tires I found a nail wedged in the rubber… My husband and I barely used the car at this point so it made no sense to find a nail. I told my husband I believe they sold us a tire with a hole in it he did not believe me until we took it to a different tire shop and they looked at the tire and told us that Rider Tire sold us a tire that was patched from the inside with a nail inside. This is unacceptable! The people that work there will pretend to be nice and smile in your face but will do everything they can to scam you and

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, had brakes put on a few weeks ago for almost $800 and they are apparently bad (though I had brakes on other vehicles for years with no issues). NOW they want $330 to fix the issue! I spoke to one of the service techs about it over the phone and he ended up yelling at me and was completely unable to do anything for me. Then spoke to Danyal the owner who is essentially refusing to do anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people ever, they do not care for the customer.

Sold tire two rear tires, had PLENTY to provide fronts but said “they’re fine for now.” Also claimed he gave the best two tires they had and that the price quoted over the phone was a great deal, as if he wished he hadn’t given the price. Within hours the low tire was on. Assumed it was another tire and checked all of them. Called about it and they said they would change it. Arrived and spoke to the mechanic and in-office (manager?) and they claimed anything could have happened to cause it. They only had “new” and would do nothing to resolve the issue in any way, wanted to charge FULL price for the new tire. Never trust them for even a temporary solution for tires.

Scratched the piss out of my rims and used an impact on my aftermarket lug nuts after I told him them all it had to be hand tightened with the specific socket I brought with me. Don't bring anything good here..
