Ridgeline at River Run 55+ Community

I’m so happy I stumbled onto this location. The community is great. The people are friendly. I feel safe here. Everything is nearby. Groceries Costco Riverpoint shopping and there are tons of restaurants. I can walk to Costco on the bike path. I feel this is the best kept secret in Denver. Brand new swimming pool with whirlpool there’s a small fitness center. That’s great. Otherwise there is a local rec center, just a mile away for Pickleball and other activities. I couldn’t be happier here. The management is friendly and responsive to my needs.

When we were interested in a property there, we didn't know that they charge a $ 1150. for lot lease above the mortgage. It doesn't mention that in the details. I don't know how retired folks can afford a 55+ community with such a high lot lease!

This is an older mobile home and RV park we've spent summers in for several years, through some very poor managers. Thankfully, the new owners and competent manager are devoting much money, time, and energy into long-needed improvements. It's now well-maintained, with a laundry, pool, and activity center, close to major shopping areas, and with gorgeous mature trees for shade on hot days. Some RV sites are a bit challenging, but for RV space in a big city, it can't be beat. The rules have even changed to allow dogs! We hope to continue our relationship well into the future. We're in an Airstream trailer.

This is a unique urban RV park. It has sites laid out on three sides of a block within a larger mobile home park, with the pool and clubhouse on the fourth side. It works just fine. We fit our 43 ft motorhome and F150 in the space and a there were a number of other spaces in which we would have fit. Has a very nice pool. An easy drive to shopping. Worth considering if you want to be close to the city rather than fighting traffic to get in and out of town.

We reserved a RV space online. Their website had us pick a suitable spot which I did. It said full hookups, cement patio etc. What it "didn't" say was I would need to crawl under my motorhome to hook up the sewer and water. In all the RV parks we've been in I have never had to crawl underneath my RV to do anything. When I went to the office to inquire about this the lady said yep, that's the way it is, and said "well you picked the spot" I asked for another spot and all she said was we're full. She made no effort to find a solution. We were there 3 nights and their cancelation policy would not allow us a refund. They had empty spots the nights we were there.
