Righteous Auto Care - Racine

I’ve had my car serviced at Righteous Auto a few times. They are very communicative on the status of the car while they have it and clear about the work being done. They were able to negotiate with the parts manufacturer to get part of what I needed free of charge due to it being under warranty. All the interactions have been friendly and professional! They follow up with you on how the car is doing after service as well, which I appreciate.

Honest, quality work for a fair price. One step into this shop and you’re greeted by the most kind staff I’ve ever met at a repair shop or anywhere really. Everyone seems happy to see you and help even if they’ve haven’t met you yet. They are leagues above the dealership I used to go to in every way. My oil change and tire rotation was done shockingly quickly and the facilities were incredibly clean! (Shoutout to Trey mopping the floors) This is definitely my new main shop. Been hunting a while for an honest one and finally found them! 10/10!

It’s been a VERY long time since I could fully & honestly trust a local company with my vehicle(s) in Racine area (as well as my family’s vehicles) … UNTIL Righteous Auto! I have come back so many times and I am taken care of 1,000% every single time. Not only with clear, concise, and detailed communication of their plan of action, but also making sure I was OK & comfortable with next steps. More recently, an “easy” fix as switching out a back license plate turned into a service appointment which I was not expecting (screws were stripped internally). Not only did I get an expert plan of action for my car, but also the detailed reason why they needed to take an unconventional course of action. Then previously, years and years of going through brakes at a rapid rate with continued issues

Had to take my 2006 Honda Civic in 2 months ago for a radiator leak. I took it in and they saw the radiator leak and "fixed it". About a week later after they fixed it, it started leaking again. I called them and told them that I was not going to be giving them any more money and they needed to fix the problem and they said that the problem was never fixed then I proceeded to tell them that we were under the impression that it was fixed considering they told us what needed to be fixed. They had us run all these tests that were $100 a piece and with the very last test, they finally told us that the dye test was the test that could have solved all the problems to begin with. If they would have just said to take the dye test to tell you where the leak is coming from that would have been bett

Righteous is a hidden jem in the world of car matinence places. There is such a kind staff here. Jess and dan were wonderful in working with my car. They have a bery quick turn around time. They also went out of there was to make arranements for me to have complimentary rental for the few days they had my vehicle. I will continue to get all my my car repairs done here! 🫶
