I got my transmission done little over a year ago at this shop. It took time to get the transmission done because he kept putting the finish date back and kept pushing it back. I don’t know what that was about then when I finally got the car back, I didn’t drive it for more than a week when it started acting funny again in the transmission so I ended up parking it. It’s been parked for about a year now because I am a single mom and haven’t had the money to get it fixed. Thankfully, I had another car. I have attempted to call the shop and I have left a couple messages and I haven’t received a call back or acknowledgment of any sort. Add engine replace in 2010 f150 the mechanic said it would take 3 days it took over 3 weeks he had to put a new brake system on it and after 3 weeks and $10,000 or more I got the truck back and it was still incomplete and I had to take it to a Ford dealer to have work done on it for another 250. I think he bit off more than he can chew and after multiple requests I still have not received any kind of invoice receipt or list of the work that he done

My 2011 Ford Fiesta was leaking coolant/antifreeze badly (a reservoir a day). I really needed to get my car fixed on my days off (I am off Tuesday-Thursday). I called on Wednesday night right before close and Conan told me to be there at 9 AM the next day and he'd get me taken care of. My experience was as follows: *When I arrived I let him know that it was our only car and I'd be sticking around. Conan was nice enough to drive me back to my home in Sunbury so I could spend the off day with my family while he worked on my car. *I am not a car person but the fix Conan needed to do ended up being far more complex than originally anticipated due to Coolant leaking from multiple locations so an additional part was needed. He made sure to explain it to me in a way that I could understand
