Thought he was a friend and one that would be honest in our dealings. While I believed him in the beginning, problems started day one. He always had an answer for everything.. His answers soon became absurd. He’s the very definition for what gives used car sales people a bad name. I’m not buying some of these good reviews but in the end he still has only 3.1 rating. What does that tell you? Lost a lot of money on the deal. He placed blame on everything and everyone else but in actuality he had no knowledge of the vehicle’s condition even though he offered as a vehicle he checked out and “would drive it anywhere.” The car had many problems. Today I purchased from Mr Mabrey (his first name) the cleanest 2002 BMW X5 4.4i SUV. And it ran and drove beautiful. I caught a train down from Washington DC to Wilson, NC. Mr Mabrey drove his car carrier 2 hours to meet me there and deliver the car to me. That was really above and beyond what was needed but it that really helped me to get the vehicle picked up. I have purchased my last 3 cars from Rite Price Auto. Mabry Smith has always treated me right. I have had really good service from all 3 of the cars I bought from Rite Price. I recommended Rite Price Auto to my cousin. She bought a car from Mabry Smith and she loves it.

Bought a car that was suppose to be all original 42k mile car. Showed up completely repainted, scratched, won't run properly, radio doesn't work, power seat doesn't work, steering wheel is loose, air and heat don't work, tires are dry rotted and bad, many many undisclosed problems. The owner of this company is a liar, talks a good talk but is the low of low. I buy and sell cars sight unseen every day and would never sell someone a car in this condition. This guy is a scam artist. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM OR THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
