Scott is awesome. Charged me about half of what was originally quoted to repair my floor shift that was worn and would not shift into reverse. Scott has a nice shop with courteous ladies in the office and he's your guy for experienced transmission repair with honesty. River City Transmission rocks!!

I have a Mazda with a manual and was looking for a transmission shop that knows Mazda. So I googled "Mazda Transmission Shop". River City Transmission popped up on top. I clicked the link and there was a page dedicated to Mazda and a tab for clutch replacement. So I drove there and when I asked about clutch replacement on a Mazda they said "We don't do clutches". I know I should have called, but River City needs to work on their lame website.

Couldn't even get my details over the phone to the shop. *Update: Pleased to see the owner's reply. 'wish I could give a customer a 1 star review' Confirms the previous treatment. When I tried to ask if the shop worked on LR2 differentials, I was simply reminded the shop doesn't work on Volvo's. It's all good. You probably do great work. Please work on potential customer treatment. Cheers.
